Description:
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an A&P Certificate, basic computer skills, and typing proficiency. An IA Preferred certification is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a member of a three to four-man crew to perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and/or installations on aircraft as directed by the Team Leader.
- Complete assigned tasks in a safe and accurate manner.
- Perform tasks using the appropriate parts and in accordance with appropriate manufacturers’ instructions or as prescribed by the Team Leader.
- Maintain adherence to the operating parameters of the Skytech, Inc. Repair Station Manual.
- Properly document work completed, parts removed, parts requested, or on-the-job training received.
- Accountable for time expenditures on jobs in progress, with accurate time tracking.
Requirements:
- A&P Certificate
- Basic computer skills and typing proficiency
- IA Preferred certification preferred
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
