Description Pilatus is hiring an Aircraft Project Specialist to join our team in Broomfield, CO. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating the customer experience while ensuring successful oversight and delivery of technologically-advanced, professional Pilatus aircraft. In addition, you will ensure a high-quality customer experience by serving as the primary interface between sales, production, and factory teams. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Leads and coordinates all aspects of customized Pilatus aircraft ensuring a personalized experience for each customer from specification through delivery Partners with sales personnel to guide customers through the specification process, providing expertise that aligns design inspiration with customer preference and operational considerations Serves as the communication liaison between the Swiss-based project team and the US production and administrative teams, proactively monitoring aircraft production status to ensure timely information exchange for a continuous completion flow Supports aircraft aesthetic quality and ensures overall readiness is in alignment with established standards and customer expectations Coordinates an exceptional customer experience during new aircraft delivery proceedings by providing personalized support and oversight Collaborates with the Customer Relations teams to ensure a seamless, professional transition into the ownership experience Other Duties/Responsibilities Collaborates with relevant teams and independently completes additional assigned projects Requirements Skills/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience and/or training with 3+ years of customer service or hospitality-focused responsibilities within the aviation industry Customer-facing communication skills with strong insight to expectations and experience quality Demonstrates a proactive, self-motivated, organized approach with exceptional attention to detail in a dynamic environment Basic familiarity with aviation and aircraft terminology, trends, and technology desired Proficient in MS Office, Quantum ERP, Adobe Illustrator, and SAP experience desired What We Offer 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annually Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually 401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6% Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in full Tuition assistance available annually after the first year The salary range for this position is $69,200 - 86,456 per year depending on experience. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
