JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join our team. This is a great career opportunity for the right candidate. This role requires proficiency in using various tools and equipment to ensure the optimal performance of our products and systems. This is a physically demanding position requiring repetitive motions using a manual grinder on propeller blades and candidates must be physically fit and capable of labor intensive work. Automotive body shop experience would be an asset but is not required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Mechanically inclined and proficient with hand and power tools.
  • Skilled in basic repairs, maintenance, and tool operation.
  • Career focused and eager to learn, looking for a permanent position within our team with room for advancement.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with the role.
  • Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, calipers, and other measuring instruments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently as part of a team.
  • Previous mechanic experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Join us as a Service Technician where your skills will contribute significantly to our operations while providing opportunities for professional growth!
  • Personal reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required. Please note we are located at the Villeneuve Airport west of Edmonton and east of Spruce Grove and Stony Plain. There is no public transportation available.

    Pay: $24.00-$28.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 40 per week
