  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the aviation industry.

  • Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or Marketing preferred.
  • Minimum Private Pilot License (PPL) required.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $53,330.00 - $90,000.00 per year

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Aircraft Sales Counselor to join our team. This role is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporations, guiding them through the aircraft acquisition process while achieving ambitious sales targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Identify, qualify, and develop relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate decision-makers.
  • Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand each client’s aviation requirements, budget, and lifestyle.
  • Build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of aircraft ownership.
  • Leverage networking opportunities at industry events and exclusive gatherings to expand market reach.
