About the opportunity: Toll Aviation has a rare opportunity for a qualified Aircrew Officer (ACO) for our NSW and ACT HEMS Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role in our specialist helicopter business providing safe, reliable, mission-critical aeromedical services to NSW and ACT Health. Reporting to the Base Manager, you will work on an equal time roster and employment is pursuant to the ‘Toll Helicopters’ Crewpersons Enterprise Bargaining Agreement 2025. About you: Excellent crew resource management and communication skills Minimum 500 hours rotary wing flight experience as a Winch Operator / Aircrew Officer AVI40119 Certificate IV in Aviation – Aircrew Officer, or equivalent Current CASA Class 2 Aircrew Medical Highly Desirable: Comprehensive winching, night and IFR ACO FLHS experience Helicopter NVG Endorsement with minimum 50 hours ACO logged NVIS experience Dangerous Goods Awareness Certificate Aviation Radio Operator License including Level 6 English Language Proficiency AW139 Type Endorsement with relevant experience on type EMS/SAR experience on AW139 HUET / EBS Qualification You will be rewarded with an attractive salary and have the added security of joining a global organisation willing to explore opportunities both within Australia and internationally.
