Hours: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday (3 weekly rota for weekend cover). 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM hours during training period.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Level CO
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).

• Coordinate import customs clearance, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Manage customer interactions, quotations, bookings, customs documentation, final mile deliveries and invoicing.
• Maintain high service levels for all customers and proactively resolve queries.
• Develop and refine procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
