Job Description: Job Responsibilities Support the supervisor in developing and enhancing airfreight forwarding products in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Sales and Marketing. Assist in planning and coordinating daily shipment movements in line with operational requirements and customer needs. Negotiate with airline or vendor for charges incurred and follow margin guideline to propose sell rate. Verify accuracy of airline billing and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Serve as a subject matter expert in airfreight operations, providing advisory support and contributing to business tenders, including those related to customs and trade compliance. Implement corrective actions as directed by management in response to audit findings and operational gaps. Continuously review and improve work processes to ensure alignment with current operational requirements and evolving customer expectations Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management Job Requirements Possess a Diploma or bachelor's degree of any discipline, preferably in Logistics & Supply Chain/Business Administration. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in airfreight or related field. Strong knowledge of IATA regulations; Dangerous Goods (DG) certification or knowledge is an advantage. Familiarity with customs and trade control regulations; relevant certifications are a plus. Proven ability in airfreight planning and coordination, including direct engagement with airlines, terminals, and internal stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. Willing to work a 5.5-day work week on afternoon or night shift. Work timings are Mon to Friday, 12pm to 9pm or 8.30pm to 5.30am (+1 day) and Sat, 12pm - 4pm or 6pm to 10pm.
