Our client has provided global freight forwarding, warehousing, logistics & customs clearance services since 1968. Currently, they are seeking to expand their air operations team at their branch in Nieuw-Vennep. The candidate will be responsible for full operational handling of the import and export shipments on air and road freight.

You will be responsible for managing all air and/or road import and export operations for our clients, acting as the main point of contact for coordination between all relevant parties.

Your tasks will include:

• Preparing import/export documentation and coordinating with customers and warehouses to ensure on-time cargo delivery
• Maintaining regular communication with customers and overseas partners regarding shipment status and delivery timelines
• Following up with airlines or trucking companies to monitor and track shipments
• Keeping customer profiles accurate and up to date
• Supporting sales activities with agents and customers
