JOB DESCRIPTION

Monitor and coordinate air shipments for customers, in line with (CS)SOP, GW and industry policies and procedures, in order to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Anticipate shipments and proactively track shipments
• Select appropriate carrier , negotiate rates with carriers and coordinate actual shipment
• Communicate with carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release
• Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customer
• Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided
• Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents
• Execute by arranging warehouse requirements if applicable
