Job Responsibilities
1. Output demand plan for shipping space: Determine the data calibre based on upstream cargo volume forecast and market port injection plan. Collaborate with the Air Transport Department to formulate or update the weekly and monthly shipping space plan needs for Germany and surrounding regions in real time.
2. Follow up and balance production capacity and shipping space demand in real time: Connect warehouse and air transport, pay attention to sales volume, warehouse planned production and actual production comparison; evaluate operational risks, balance operational timescales and costs, take inventory of cargo volume and shipping space in real time, communicate with warehouse and air transportation to adjust timely, and upgrade problems when necessary.
3. Follow-up treatment of abnormal problems: Monitor the warehouse delivery time (closed container - expected takeoff), find and locate abnormal problems, follow up and solve them in time.
4. Feedback on cargo volume allocation suggestions: Feedback on cargo volume allocation suggestions with channel colleagues based on customs clearance resources, handling capacity and allocation logic of injection points in the final channel.
5. Project promotion: Cooperate with the upstream and downstream to promote the implementation of the project, including the formulation of the optimal logistics plan.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above; Professional background in logistics, supply chain management, international trade, etc. 3-5 years experience in freight forwarder air transport operation and airline air transport operation.
2. Good systematic and logical thinking ability, understand the complexity of things, and can think from a global perspective.
3. With strong interpersonal communication skills, careful work, and a strong sense of service.
4. Interested in the logistics industry and familiar with all aspects of air logistics process indicators.
5. Strong data analysis capabilities and experience using data to make operational decisions.
