Air Freight Pricing Analyst (1 YEAR CONTRACT)

YOUR ROLE

Are you passionate about logistics? If so, we have an opportunity that would allow you to develop your skills as an Air Freight Pricing Analyst, ensuring consistent high level of service, profitability and cost efficiency, while adhering to all applicable company and regulatory requirements.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Verify different transport possibilities with airline and transport companies and negotiate best possible rates for clients.
  • Understand customer needs and bring innovative solutions.
  • Recommend insurance.
  • Produce rates in the operational system according to the needs of the clients and within the time limits.
  • Follow up on rates.
  • Act as the resource person for the Bolloré Group network, suppliers and customer service department (both internal and external).
  • Work closely with the sales team, and the other departments of SDV Canada.
  • Issue non-conformity notices and customer complaints in accordance with ISO procedures.
  • Other tasks as defined by the immediate supervisor.
