Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Airline & Partnership Manager based in Hong Kong SAR. The responsibilities include managing and developing strategic partnerships with airline operators, negotiating agreements, monitoring and evaluating partnership performance, and identifying growth opportunities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and implementing successful partnership strategies. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and business development skills Experience in logistics, airline partnerships, and network development Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Experience in the logistics or aviation industry is preferred Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Aviation Management, or a related field
