Pilots will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of commercial aircraft while adhering strictly to all aviation regulations, company procedures, and industry safety standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering a safe and professional passenger experience on every flight. Key Responsibilities: Operate commercial flights for the airline, ensuring safety and adherence to schedules. Conduct pre-flight inspections and checks, ensuring all systems are functioning properly. Collaborate with other team members, including co-pilots and cabin crew, for efficient flight operations. Communicate clearly and effectively with air traffic control to maintain safe airspace management. Assess weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans for optimal safety. Keep accurate records and logs of all flights and operational procedures as mandated. Deliver passenger briefings and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism. Valid Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) certificate along with relevant type ratings. Current Class 1 medical certification as per aviation authority standards. Minimum of 2,500 total flight hours, with significant experience as a Pilot-in-Command (PIC). Experience with specific aircraft types preferred, but not mandatory. Strong understanding of aviation regulations and safety protocols. Outstanding communication skills and a strong ability to work well under pressure. Willingness to adapt to varying schedules, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
