OUR REQUIREMENTS:

  • College/University degree
  • Minimum 3 years professional work experience in administration/assistance
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Hungarian
  • Advanced level user of MS Excel, Power Point and Word
  • Category B driver’s license
  • Experience in multi-disciplinary work
  • High level proactivity and ability to foresee upcoming actions to be taken
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong ability to communicate with discretion
  • Able to manage effectively a number of competing priorities
  • Please note that the position requires on-site presence, therefore it provides limited home office opportunity.
Responsibilities

YOUR TASKS WILL BE:

  • Support the team via perform administrative and organizational tasks to a high standard
  • Manage the calendars and meetings of the Airport development chief and deputy chief positions
  • Adequately and continuously handle confidential company documents
  • Handle the procurement orders, requests and incoming invoices in the ERP system
  • Perform correspondence and managing calls in Hungarian and in English
  • Support the expatriate colleagues’ administrative duties regarding their staying in Hungary.
  • Organize managerial programs, keep records of deadlines, organize business trips
  • Organize external and internal meetings and provide general administrative support:
  • preparing meeting location and catering (if needed),
  • Prepare internal and external meeting documents and presentations, ensure the availability of the necessary information
  • Keeping meeting minutes
  • taking care of visitors (including badge requests, parking access etc.)
  • General administrative tasks associated with the activities in the team, with a particular emphasis on supporting the communication of the team
  • Keeping contact with and internal and external colleagues during project
  • Ensure the supply of the appropriate office equipment for the Airport Development team
  • Assistance with development of senior management documents
  • Manage the project team with HR related topics: work scheduling, absence registration, access permits, trainings, team meetings, airport badges, etc.
