You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain highly visible to support a positive atmosphere. This position requires you to be armed and to operate a vehicle as part of your responsibilities. You will also provide exceptional customer service and communication, reflecting our values of teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach. Position Type: Part Time - Morning Shift Pay Rate: $28.86 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $3.58. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee. Job Schedule: DayTimeMon07:30 AM - 04:00 PMSat07:30 AM - 04:00 PMSun07:30 AM - 04:00 PM Minimum Qualifications (NO EXCEPTIONS): To be considered, all applicants must meet the following criteria: 2+ years of professional law enforcement experience in the U.S. after graduating from a certified law enforcement academy (Federal, State, or County level) Must provide valid and verifiable credentials at the time of application Pre-Employment Requirements: Graduate of Law Enforcement or Military Police Training Program or Equivalent (must provide credentials upon applying) Valid Driver's License Law Enforcement Officer License 22+ years of age What You’ll Do: Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise Responsibilities: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site. What We’re Looking For: Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Minimum Requirements: Have at least 2+ years of experience in law enforcement, military police, or corrections. Be a graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or possess an equivalent qualification. Possess an armed guard card or license as required. Be at least 22 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
