Job Details Job Location: Pittsburgh, PA 15231 Salary Range: $20.50 Hourly Job Title: Maintenance Worker Pay Rate: $20.70 per hour Union: Teamsters 926 Reports To: Supervisors & Managers Job Summary: The Maintenance Worker is responsible for the general upkeep and cleanliness of all parking lots and facilities. This position ensures a safe and well-maintained environment for customers and employees. Primary Responsibilities:  Clean all parking lots, including removing trash and debris.  Empty garbage cans throughout the lots.  Remove weeds from all areas of the parking facilities.  Perform snow removal as needed.  Clean stairwells in the short-term garage.  Operate and drive the parking lot sweeper to maintain cleanliness.  Paint parking spaces, stop bars, and other designated areas.  Set up temporary fencing to block spaces as needed.  Complete a daily checklist of maintenance tasks.  Report to supervisors and managers to check for any additional tasks that need to be completed.  Report any issues or repairs needed to the manager.  Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor, can-do attitude, and willingness to always help. Qualifications Qualifications:  Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to operate maintenance vehicles.  Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor, including bending, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.  Experience operating a sweeper or similar equipment is a plus.  Experience with general facility maintenance is required.  Experience in customer relations.  Must be able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently.  Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
