If you feel fit the role’s requirements, apply for the “Airport Network Operations Center Duty Manager” position for Athens, Headquarters. Purpose The ANOC Duty Manager Supports the efficiency of the operation of Fraport Greece’s 14 regional airports, by monitoring significant information of pre-tactical and tactical phase of operations which may cause irregularities and disruptions on the operations of the airports and inform the airports and the management. The role supervises ANOC officers, oversees Prior Permission Requests (PPR) for GABA flights processing and accurate and timely flight data entry into AODB and monitors operational risks. Key responsibilities: Coordinate with the airports during irregularities, disruptions, and emergencies. Liaise with involved state parties’ operational centers in cases of emergencies and irregularities. Manage airport activation procedures when required. Oversee the accuracy of flight data entry into the company’s AODB. Supervise the processing of Prior Permission Requests (PPR) for GABA flights at the airports. Coordinate with airlines and ground handlers/representatives to resolve operational issues related to the section’s responsibilities. Provide Fraport Greece management with key operational updates through concise notifications and reports. At least 10 years of professional experience in the aviation sector, with proven supervisory experience in an operations center. In-depth understanding of airport operational procedures and processes. Good understanding of PPR (Prior Permission Required) rules and procedures. Strong knowledge of SITA telex formats. Proficient in the use of administrative and office software applications (e.g., MS Project, MS Office). Fluent in written and spoken English. A college or bachelor’s degree will be considered an advantage. Previous experience in Airline Dispatch or Aerodrome Operations will be considered an asset. The position requires working on a shift basis.
