OVERVIEW

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused, and professional Driver to join our airport parking team. The ideal candidate will be a safe, punctual driver and the friendly face that greets our customers at the airport. Your primary role will be to provide a seamless and efficient shuttle service for customers and to handle the secure transfer of their vehicles between the airport terminals and our compound. This position involves working 12-hour shifts.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• A full, valid UK driver’s licence. A D1 licence category is highly desirable for driving an 8-seater van.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, with a clean driving record.
• Impeccable customer service and communication skills; you are polite, patient, and helpful.
• High levels of trustworthiness and reliability, as you will be handling customer vehicles and possessions.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced airport environment.
• Strong familiarity with local road networks, airport layouts, and terminal routes.
• The physical ability to assist with luggage and enter/exit vehicles frequently throughout a 12-hour shift.

• Safely operate an 8-seater passenger van to transport customers to and from the airport terminals and our secure parking compound.
• Perform meet-and-greet services: collecting customers’ vehicles directly from the airport terminal drop-off points and driving them to the compound.
• Upon customer return, retrieve their vehicles from the compound and deliver them promptly to the designated airport terminal for pick-up.
• Conduct pre-shift vehicle inspections of the van and any customer vehicles you handle to ensure they are mechanically sound and report any pre-existing damage.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting passengers with luggage and ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience.
• Maintain accurate logs of vehicle movements, shuttle trips, and any customer interactions.
• Ensure strict compliance with all traffic laws, airport regulations, and company safety procedures at all times.
