As a rental agent you are responsible for providing excellent customer service to travelers by assisting them with renting vehicles at our Salt Lake City international airport location. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist with the car rental process from start to finish. Sales: Promote upgrades to a more premium car. Previous experience in a customer service or retail, ideally within the car rental or airport industry. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently. Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (no more than 2 incidents/accidents in last 3 years). Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Hiring is contingent on passing a complete background check and drug screen.
