Job Description Keeps a record of the arrival and departure of the hotel. Co-ordinates group arrival and departures. Addresses questions pertaining to room accommodations and rates. Makes effort on low occupancy dates to maximize room revenue. Maintains a favourable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and get business related information of the competition hotels. Maintains a close co-ordination with the airline staff. Facilitates guest check-in and check-out at the airport. Presents options and alternatives to unreserved guests and offer assistance in making choice, types of available rooms as well as services of the property. Personnel Self confidence, motivation, drive and tenacity; Ability to enhance organizational performance; Other Duties Ensure cleanliness of all areas under the Front Office viz., Lobby, corridors, main staircase and drive away.
