As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location, you will monitor and patrol terminals, checkpoints, and perimeter areas, staying highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine rounds, respond to alarms and access control activity, and communicate clearly with staff and travelers while providing strong customer service. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government aviation location. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with site leadership and local first responders as directed. Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, perimeter access points, and other assigned areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations. Monitor access points and credentialing requirements, assist with visitor and vendor routing, and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns through the appropriate channels. Complete reports and logs for patrols, incidents, and inspections, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed. Minimum Requirements: Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Alarm panel experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Access control and/or badge experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
