Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee. What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order at the location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Interact professionally with the public and staff, offering assistance and information as needed. Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and activities according to established protocols. Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific guidelines while performing duties at the government location. Minimum Requirements: Be at least 21 years of age. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
