Bradford Airport Logistics is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Airport Service Operations Manager based at our East Boston Receiving and Distribution Center, with a primary focus on Logan International Airport (BOS). We’re counting on you to maximize terminal and customer service performance by providing proactive and evident leadership within the airport terminals. In this critical role, you will work in collaboration with other departments to achieve customer KPIs and SLAs, while also serving as a champion of the BAL company values.

Qualifications for an Airport Service Operations Manager :

  • Minimum 3 years of management experience in Food/Beverage, Retail, or Airport operations
  • Proficient in inventory management practices and systems, with strong MS Excel and Word skills
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex issues, drive sustainable results, and lead change initiatives
  • Solid customer relationship management skills with a proven record of service excellenc

Responsibilities
  • Oversee Terminal Logistics Operations: Manage daily logistics activities, including delivery volume and staff coordination across multiple airport terminals.
  • Ensure Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Uphold high safety and security standards, ensure compliance with regulations, and analyze incident trends to drive improvements.
  • Maintain Stakeholder and Customer Relations: Act as the primary contact for customers, concessionaires, and regulatory agencies; build strong relationships and resolve operational issues.
  • Monitor Performance and Drive Continuous Improvement: Track service levels using company systems, manage contractual metrics, and implement solutions for operational and retail performance enhancement.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Train and develop staff in logistics, customer service, and operations to ensure consistent service quality and compliance.
