QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to lift luggage
• Airport/aviation experience is an advantage

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding
• Handle baggage and assist with cargo operations
• Provide information and directions to travelers
• Ensure compliance with airport safety protocols
• Coordinate with airline and ground staff
