QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage.
• Previous experience in customer service or airport operations preferred.

• Assist passengers with check-in and boarding procedures.
• Provide information and support at service counters.
• Handle luggage and ensure safe loading/unloading.
• Monitor airport premises and assist in maintaining safety protocols.
• Collaborate with airline and security staff.
