Description

The Airside Experience Specialist is responsible for a variety of duties that contribute towards safely providing requested services for general aviation aircraft, crew and other guests. An Airside Experience Specialist routinely operates ground service equipment and uses knowledge of the company’s policies and procedures to provide efficient and exceptional service to the guests of the private aviation terminal (PAT). An Airside Experience Specialist must be able to work flexible schedules, including night, holiday, and weekend shifts. Certain functions may be performed in varying weather and environmental conditions such as precipitation, extreme temperatures, jet engine fumes, dust, and noise.
