About the Program Partnering with L3Harris, Ventia will be assisting the Airspace network in modernising the communications and surveillance equipment for a government organisation. Ventia are providing site audits, system site designs, installation and O&M services during the initial phase of the program. A fair amount of time will be spent on site at Melbourne Airport including local travel and interstate. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited: Partnering with project teams and crews to deliver safe, high-quality outcomes Conducting on-site assessments to verify and improve design plans Keeping projects moving by capturing insights and updating project systems Work closely with Operations Centre in managing service requests Coach the Implementation and Operations & Maintenance teams, to ensure their depth in knowledge of the operating process and equipment functionality is compliant About You To be successful in this role you must be a technically skilled communicator with a passion for leadership and innovation. Mandatory requirements Diploma or higher in Radio, Communications, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Hands-on experience with communications network equipment, fibre, radio antenna systems, and DC power systems Strong client-facing communication skills Proven ability to uplift capability across teams and contractors Eligibility to obtain Australian NV1 Security Clearance Solid Information Systems and computer literacy About Ventia As a leading services provider, we maintain, operate, and manage the essential infrastructure that makes modern life possible across Australia and New Zealand.
