We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Support Officer to assist a complex IT recovery and transformation program. You will support the Project Office by managing documentation, tracking progress, and facilitating smooth collaboration between multiple internal and external stakeholders within an agile delivery context.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in project support or coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint (site/page management, list linking, etc.).
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel pivot tables, Word styles, etc.).
  • Strong experience with JIRA and Agile tools/methods (Kanban, sprint planning).
  • Familiar with project management tools like Microsoft Project or ServiceNow.
  • Knowledge of configuration management and documentation control.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is highly desirable.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and environments as needed.
  • A valid security clearance is mandatory for this role.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and organize SharePoint libraries, portals (internal & external), and wiki pages.
  • Manage documentation templates, configuration baselines, and change processes.
  • Control access and permissions for documentation and project portals.
  • Update data in SharePoint, JIRA, and ServiceNow.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to management.
  • Support cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Organize and support meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
  • Track action items and follow up with stakeholders.
  • Support agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning/reviews).
  • Occasionally support organization of on-site events.
