We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a team supporting IT service delivery and client engagement, particularly in the public sector. The role requires a solid background in consulting, IT system integration, and client management in complex infrastructure environments.

• Advise and support clients with heterogeneous IT infrastructures
• Manage client relationships, especially with public sector institutions
• Organize and lead client meetings, manage negotiations, and resolve conflicts
• Maintain a structured and results-oriented work approach in line with IT service standards
• Use MS Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) in daily operations
• Identify and manage service delivery improvements and client requirements
• Support CRM data maintenance and conduct basic analyses
