We are looking for experienced PMO professionals to support the implementation of cutting-edge AI and automation projects focused on monitoring IT infrastructure. You will play a key role in project coordination, stakeholder communication, and ensuring the successful delivery of strategic initiatives.

• Develop, maintain, and ensure the quality of project plans, documentation, reports, and status updates
• Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committees, including minute-taking
• Advise on stakeholder management and ensure transparent communication of project progress and risks
• Coordinate user groups during the rollout of a new monitoring system
• Manage external service providers involved in the project
• Prepare project-related materials independently and professionally
