QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• EDUCATION:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 7–10 years of experience in IT project management or digital transformation.
• Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working within or alongside structured IT organizations (e.g., DIGIT or similar) is a plus.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile).
• Familiarity with ITIL service management practices or certifications.
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and coordinate diverse teams.

ROLE OVERVIEW
