ReOrbit is looking for an AIT (Assembly, Integration & Test) Engineer to join our fast-growing team, building next-generation satellites. You will play a key role in assembling, integrating, and testing spacecraft subsystems and ensuring successful delivery to launch.
This role is based in Helsinki, Finland, and offers an exciting opportunity to grow together with ReOrbit on its upward trajectory.

Responsibilities

  • Work within a growing AIT team working across new space and legacy space
  • Plan, execute, and document satellite AIT activities (mechanical, electrical, and environmental).
  • Develop test procedures and support test campaigns (vibration, thermal vacuum, EMC, etc.).
  • Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve integration issues.
  • Ensure compliance with space standards and quality requirements.
  • Support launch preparation and on-orbit commissioning activities.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline welcome but not essential.
  • Hands-on experience in assembly and testing of complex systems (preferably satellites or space hardware).
  • Knowledge of space industry standards (ECSS/NASA/ESA).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced scale-up environment.
