Leads continual improvement projects and drives innovation for digital tools. Globally the AIX Field Service Engineer serves as the main point of contact for customer site digital tools. Internally communicates difficult concepts and persuades others with differencing viewpoints. Recommends best practice for troubleshooting to team. Leads troubleshooting efforts using digital tools. Provides feedback to digital package owner on content and best practice. Implements and tests solutions for new issues. Provides mentoring on specific troubleshooting. Highly knowledgeable in various tools and systems. Knowledgeable in advanced modeling techniques and BKM. Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines. Have in depth knowledge of Applied' s digital products and applications. Have good understanding / knowledge of Equipment and Fab Operations. Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements. Explains difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
