Primary Purpose: Deliver direct care and services to residents, ensuring well-being and dignity. Key Responsibilities: Follow Eben Ezer’s values and care plans for bathing, grooming, meal service, housekeeping, and more. Maintain privacy and respect, documenting care per state/federal regulations. Assist with appointments and transportation, providing emotional and physical support. Communicate with families, physicians, and team members about residents’ conditions. Perform basic assessments (e.g., glucometer, blood pressure) and maintain a clean work area. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy regulations. Qualifications Qualifications: High school diploma or GED preferred. CPR, First Aid certification, and computer experience preferred. Skills: Time management, attention to detail, strong communication, and teamwork. Compassion, patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility equipment.
