Long-Lewis of Alabaster is looking for a Quick Lane technician to join our growing team! The earning potential is based on Flat Rate Hours turned—giving you significant opportunities for financial growth. Technicians are responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance and light repair services in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Job Responsibilities: * Performing oil changes, tire rotations and replacements, brake services, battery tests, and general vehicle maintenance. * Inspecting vehicles and preparing detailed Vehicle Check-Up Reports. * Servicing all makes and models, including diesel vehicles (a plus). * Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. * Providing exceptional service that meets Long-Lewis quality and customer satisfaction standards. QUALIFICATIONS: * High school diploma or GED required. * Prior experience or training in automotive repair and maintenance is required. * Must provide their own tools. * Valid, unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Strong physical stamina and dexterity for manual tasks. * Professional appearance, positive attitude, and strong communication skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
