JOB SUMMARY:

Our client is undertaking a major transformation to streamline its operating platform, reduce complexity, and scale its public markets business. A key initiative within this transformation is the consolidation of front and middle office systems onto a single platform—BlackRock Aladdin—including Aladdin Enterprise, Aladdin Accounting, Aladdin Data Cloud, and eFront Insight.
To support this initiative, the client is seeking experienced consultants to assist with the migration of approximately 9,000 compliance rules to the Aladdin Front-to-Back (F2B) platform, ensuring robust rule testing, coding, and regulatory compliance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong experience with BlackRock Aladdin, particularly in compliance rule, macro, and token testing.
• Deep understanding of order management systems (OMS) and compliance rule frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with BQL for rule development and testing.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale rule migration and validation projects.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working with asset managers or financial institutions on OMS/platform transitions.
• Familiarity with legacy systems such as Sentinel and reconciliation between systems.
• Prior exposure to eFront Insight, Aladdin Data Cloud, and Aladdin Accounting is a plus.
