KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to prepare and complete job related documentation
• Experience and a passion for delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction is essential
• Being customer focused to increase sales by selling additional products to suit security needs
• Ability to use hand-tools
• Full clean driving licence is essential
• Safe Pass/Manual handling/Ladder training is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided

We are looking for customer focused, sales-oriented individuals with service industry/installation experience to join our team of Alarm Installation Technician at PhoneWatch! The right candidate will have a technical aptitude, be target driven, have a passion for delivering excellent customer service and have strong communication skills. This Alarm Installation Technician role is based in South Co. Dublin - uncapped earning potential!

• The position involves the installation and maintenance of alarm systems.
• Carry out a comprehensive risk assessment and recommend additional components customers should consider purchasing in order to enhance their overall level of security and safety.
• Recommendation and Up-sale of additional components to customers in line with agreed targets
