• Strong problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.
• Sales experience/the ability to sell is essential for this role
• A full clean driver’s license (essential).

As an Alarm Installation Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

• Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting alarm and security systems for residential and commercial clients.
• Providing excellent customer service by ensuring each system is installed to the highest standard.
• Ensuring targets/KPIs are hit in respect of your role.
• Educating clients on system usage and safety features.
• Managing your schedule effectively to meet customer needs and deadlines.
