This position is perfect for individuals who are passionate about vehicles and providing outstanding customer support. As part of our dedicated team, you will assist customers in navigating their inquiries regarding automotive products and services, ensuring a seamless experience in the exciting field of automotive. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to automotive services, including vehicle sales, maintenance, and repair options via phone, email, and live chat in Albanian. Provide detailed information on vehicle specifications, features, and financing options. Assist customers with appointment scheduling, service-related questions, and troubleshooting issues. Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Work closely with sales and service teams to ensure quality customer experiences. Stay updated on new automotive products and industry trends to provide informed assistance. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is preferred. Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer inquiries. Ability to manage multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM applications.
