This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about aviation and excel in providing top-notch customer support. As a customer service representative, you will assist clients with their inquiries and ensure a smooth experience in their travel plans and aviation-related needs. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to flight bookings, travel itineraries, and aviation services via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Provide accurate information on flight schedules, baggage policies, and ticketing processes. Assist customers with changes to bookings, cancellations, and special requests. Resolve any issues or complaints efficiently and with a focus on customer satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless service and real-time updates to customers. Keep current with aviation trends and company offerings to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably within the aviation or travel industry. Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage customer inquiries effectively. Aptitude for multitasking and prioritization in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable.
