If you have a keen interest in biotechnology and are passionate about delivering high-quality customer service, this role is tailored for you. You will assist clients in navigating our biotechnology services while providing exceptional support in Albanian. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries related to biotechnology products, services, and research via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Provide detailed information about product applications, regulatory requirements, and scientific developments. Assist customers with account management, order processing, and technical issues. Resolve any issues or complaints promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference. Collaborate with scientific and technical teams to provide accurate solutions and enhance customer experience. Stay current with industry trends and product offerings to effectively assist customers. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, ideally within the biotechnology or life sciences sector. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly. Proactive problem-solving skills and an unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and priorities effectively in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with CRM systems and general office applications is desirable.
