Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to introduce a fantastic opportunity for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Education & E-Learning industry. If you have a passion for education and a desire to assist others in their learning journeys, this role is perfect for you. You will be a key point of contact for students and educators, providing support and ensuring a seamless experience in accessing educational resources and e-learning platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage inquiries from students and educators regarding e-learning courses, enrollment, and platform functionality in Albanian. Provide information on course offerings, program details, and availability. Assist users with technical issues they may encounter while navigating the e-learning platform. Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery. Collaborate with educational teams to enhance the overall user experience. Stay informed about new products, features, and educational trends to provide up-to-date support. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably in the education or e-learning sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor. Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for helping others succeed. Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. Familiarity with educational software and online learning platforms is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
