Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opportunity for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Finance industry. This role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about finance and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. You will assist clients in navigating financial products and services while ensuring a seamless experience in Albanian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to financial products, account management, and services via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Provide information on banking options, investment services, and financial planning strategies. Assist customers with account setup, transactions, and inquiries regarding fees and statements. Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner. Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. Collaborate with financial advisors and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. Stay updated on financial industry trends and regulations to provide accurate information to customers. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous. Experience in customer service, preferably within the finance sector. Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences. Ability to solve problems effectively and manage customer inquiries with professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with banking software and CRM systems is desirable.
