Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce an opening for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Food & Beverage industry. This position offers a unique opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and possess a passion for food and beverage products. As a representative, you will engage with customers, helping them with inquiries and ensuring they enjoy a positive experience with our services and products. Key Responsibilities Address customer inquiries regarding food and beverage products, orders, and services via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Provide product information and recommendations based on customer preferences. Assist in the resolution of complaints and issues relating to orders and products. Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and high-quality service. Stay informed about product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the food and beverage sector. Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle inquiries effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
