This role presents a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are passionate about providing compassionate and informative support to patients and healthcare providers. As a part of our dedicated team, you will assist Albanian-speaking clients in navigating their healthcare needs and services. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding healthcare services, policies, and procedures through phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Guide patients in scheduling appointments, accessing medical services, and understanding treatment options. Address concerns and complaints with empathy and support, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure resolution. Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide accurate information and comprehensive service. Stay informed about healthcare industry trends and relevant regulatory changes to provide accurate assistance. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered approach. Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a dynamic environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Familiarity with healthcare systems and CRM software is desirable.
