Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to announce a position for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Information Technology (IT) industry. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about technology and enjoy helping customers navigate their IT-related inquiries. As an integral member of our customer service team, you will provide support in Albanian, ensuring clients receive the information and assistance they need to make the most of their technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries regarding IT products and services via phone, email, and live chat in Albanian. Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and provide guidance on product usage. Educate clients about software features, updates, and best practices. Document all customer interactions accurately in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with technical support teams to resolve complex issues in a timely manner. Stay updated on the latest IT trends and product offerings to provide informed customer support. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the IT industry, is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a technical aptitude. Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple inquiries. Proficient in using customer service software and computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
