Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Logistics & Supply Chain industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and eager to assist clients in navigating their logistics needs. You will play an essential part in connecting customers with our services and ensuring a seamless experience in their supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to logistics services, shipment tracking, and supply chain processes via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Provide detailed information regarding shipping rates, delivery timelines, and logistics options. Assist customers in resolving logistical issues and coordinating solutions effectively. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in our CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure swift and effective service resolution. Stay updated on industry trends, service offerings, and technology enhancements to better assist clients. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the logistics or supply chain sector. Exceptional communication skills with a proven ability to engage positively with customers. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Proficiency in using CRM software and general computer applications. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
