Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to present an opportunity for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Media & Entertainment industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about media and entertainment, eager to help clients, and deliver outstanding service. In this position, you will assist customers in navigating their media options and ensuring they enjoy a seamless experience. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to media services, subscriptions, and entertainment options via phone, email, and live chat in Albanian. Assist customers with account management, including subscription adjustments and troubleshooting service issues. Provide information on new releases, promotions, and features available within the media and entertainment sectors. Resolve customer complaints efficiently, striving to ensure complete satisfaction. Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain clear records for future reference. Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience. Stay informed on industry trends and company offerings to provide current and relevant information to customers. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the media or entertainment industry. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service. Capacity to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude towards challenges. Proficiency in CRM systems and a good understanding of media services. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as necessary.
