Mercier Consultancy MD is excited to offer a unique opportunity for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Pharmaceuticals industry. If you are passionate about healthcare and delivering excellent customer service, this role is a great fit for you. You will be responsible for assisting customers with their inquiries regarding pharmaceutical products and services, ensuring they receive accurate and helpful information in Albanian. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries related to pharmaceutical products, including availability, usage, and prescription processes via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Provide guidance on medication schedules, side effects, and dosage information. Assist customers with order processing, tracking, and resolving delivery issues. Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for compliance and quality assurance purposes. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and internal teams to ensure accurate information delivery. Stay informed about pharmaceutical regulations and company product lines to assist customers effectively. Fluency in Albanian (both spoken and written) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus. Experience in customer service, preferably in the pharmaceuticals or healthcare sector. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide empathetic support to customers. Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Familiarity with CRM systems and healthcare terminology is advantageous. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.
