Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Albanian Speaking Customer Service Representatives in the Real Estate industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about real estate and dedicated to providing excellent customer service. In this position, you will assist clients with their inquiries related to properties and services, ensuring they receive the highest level of support in Albanian. Key Responsibilities Manage customer inquiries related to real estate services, property listings, and transactions via phone, email, and chat in Albanian. Provide clients with information about available properties, market trends, and investment opportunities. Assist customers with the buying, selling, and renting processes, including paperwork and scheduling viewings. Resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with real estate agents and other teams to provide seamless service to clients. Stay informed about real estate market developments and company offerings to provide effective assistance. Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is an advantage. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the real estate industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach. Proficient problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize tasks efficiently. Familiarity with real estate processes and relevant software is preferred.
